PROMET Bolu facilities came into service in 1993 in addition to our manufacturing site seated in Istanbul. We continued to manufacture in both Istanbul and Bolu facilities for 2 more years, and in 1995 the entire manufacturing was shifted to Bolu facilities. The facility seated in Istanbul was considered as the main office, which still provides services as domestic and overseas purchases, import and export department, law and financial affairs department, and accounting department.
Our Bolu facility has been developing and growing fast since 1993 is established on 20.000 sqm area today, and 5.500 sqm is indoor space.Items of production are primarily enamelled upper grill for furnace, and metal sheet forming in various moulds, cutting and cooker accessories

Production departments are as follows;
Remaining loyal to the mechanical drawing of the new models designed by our solution partners; we offer quality, cost and engineering alternatives, share with our customers our opinions on the models in order to eliminate any potential problems to encounter during the production. In addition, we improve current parameters in production; develop ne w materials, forms and design, take care of registrations for and on behalf of PROMET, targeting to meet the expectations of our basic industry relating to our products.
At this stage, we manufacture materials in flat, square and herringbone forms made of round bar. In addition to his, we cut and form metal sheets, produce materials in various dimensions and sizes, and provide semi-finished goods for the next station.
We engage in cutting, rolling up, forming, twisting metal sheets, sheet iron, and produce semi-finished goods for the next station by using eccentric and hydraulic press and CNC machines of different tonnage.
We engage in cutting, drilling, radius, forming, welding 2 or 3-axes CNC machines of various dimensions and properties in addition to new product designs and prototypes that are manufactured.
Design and production of our automatic welding machines belong to us, and we combine semi-finished goods from different stations, and weld them here.
In this station, we prepare the materials that are manufacture for enamel-plating. A perfect surface is created for enamel-plating with the pinholes created on the surface in micron scales.
We engage in electrostatic matt and bright enamel-plating in two separate stations that are GEMA branded. The environment of enamel-plating is entirely acclimatised, isolated from environmental factors and humidity and temperature are under control.
In our quality system department, we attain customer satisfaction. To this end, we intend to do our best for providing new products and services in compliance with international standards, meeting the expectations and requirements of ‘Quality’, ‘Efficiency’, and ‘Timely Delivery’ at all stages and reducing costs in favour of our customers.
We re-manufacture and design moulds and apparatus upon request and in the light of requirements of our customers. In addition to his, we prepare welding fixtures that will be used as a grouping apparatus on the welding machines in electronic spot welding station on the one hand, and conduct repairing and griding processes for all moulds at the press shop on the other hand.
In the maintenance station, we take care of periodical maintenance in addition to breakdown maintenance of all machinery, moulds and fixtures.
